Description

Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, and custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ITSM workflows to manage escalations and minimize service disruption.
• Configure Discovery, Event Management, and the CMDB to automate incident creation and improve infrastructure visibility.
• Develop GRC compliance modules to support risk assessment, mitigation, and audit reporting.
• Manage small projects to build custom applications, including the design of roles, tables, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee data management and integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like Workday or Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• 2+ years of experience with GRC or Security Operations modules.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (including recent Deltas).
• ITIL Foundations certification or higher.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Managed Spokes, and Custom Spokes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.
