Description

You will implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support business needs. You will drive automation of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Design and build integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Provide accurate estimates, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Mentor team members on best practices and contribute to timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow configuration tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies).
• Experience with API development using REST and JSON.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
