Description

You will build and implement ServiceNow platform solutions to meet specific business requirements. You translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features, configure application UI and workflows, and develop integration components including SSO and LDAP with various HR systems. You participate in Scrum meetings, support user acceptance testing, and contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement ServiceNow platform solutions for specific business requirements.
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features.
• Configure application UI and workflows across the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop integration components including SSO and LDAP with HR systems.
• Support user acceptance testing and improve Service Management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Web Technologies including XML, HTML, Angular.js, Web Services, and CSS.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical consulting roles.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Experience with LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
