Description

You will build, configure, and integrate ServiceNow platform solutions to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and mock-ups into fully functional ServiceNow features.
• Configure application UI, workflows, and platform settings.
• Develop integration components including SSO and LDAP with HR systems.
• Support user acceptance testing and contribute to Service Management process improvements.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and technical consulting activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform scripting.
• Experience with Web Technologies: XML, HTML, Angular.js, CSS, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Experience with LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
