Description

Lead the implementation, administration, and development of the ServiceNow platform while managing a technical team of 5-7 resources.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team of 5-7 resources across multiple small to large-scale projects.
• Develop and customize core ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and ESM.
• Configure and modify workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Design and execute web service integrations using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Automate systems and processes through orchestration and eBonding with third-party tools.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of total experience within the ITSM space.
• 5-7 years of specific experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services integration.
• Deep understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Experience with ServiceNow technical configuration, design, and deployment.
• Proven ability to manage complex ServiceNow instance administration and group delegation.
• Ability to handle integrations with both ITSM and non-ITSM platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with System/Process Automation and Orchestration.
