Description

You will split your time between solution architecture (25%) and hands-on development (75%) to execute on customer backlogs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM product lines.
• Manage platform operations including upgrades and cloning.
• Develop catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
• Communicate technical solutions to customer stakeholders.
• Act as a lead developer in consulting-oriented environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow platform or solution architect.
• Deep experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM products.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven track record in lead developer or consulting roles.
• Experience managing complex ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to work at the direction of a Client lead to resolve backlog items.
