Description

Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions for public sector requirements, including CSM and PSDS modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and PSDS applications for public sector needs.
• Develop workflows, case lifecycles, business rules, and integrations with external government systems.
• Build Service Portals and self-service experiences for citizens and staff.
• Integrate ServiceNow with legacy systems, CRM, ERP, and external data sources using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Adhere to ServiceNow development standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or PSDS modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integration patterns (REST, SOAP).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Service Portal development and UI/UX customization.
• Familiarity with platform security, user access management, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector government systems.
