Description

You will own the full ServiceNow development lifecycle, from ITSM administration to custom application development and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business service and configuration item relationships in the CMDB to ensure data integrity.
• Develop custom applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, reports, and dashboards based on product owner requirements.
• Build orchestration workflows to sync LDAP and other integrations using the Mid Server.
• Install and test updates and new releases while refining business requirements and workflows.
• Configure screen tailoring, workflow administration, data imports, and third-party software integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM solutions and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to build custom applications based on defined requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
