You will lead the implementation, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow within large, complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams through ITSM tool implementation and continuous improvement cycles.
- Develop complex catalog items and customize Service Portal widgets and pages.
- Configure workflows and automate tasks using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor.
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure configuration items and processes remain current.
- Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments.
- 7+ years of general technology implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, and Security Operations.
- Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Business Scripts.
- Proficiency with Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with LDAP, SSO, and REST API integrations.
- Ability to resolve UI performance bottlenecks and manage portal content and taxonomies.
- Any Graduate degree.
