Description

You will lead the implementation, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow within large, complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams through ITSM tool implementation and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Develop complex catalog items and customize Service Portal widgets and pages.
  • Configure workflows and automate tasks using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor.
  • Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure configuration items and processes remain current.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments.
  • 7+ years of general technology implementation experience.
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, and Security Operations.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Business Scripts.
  • Proficiency with Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
  • Hands-on experience with LDAP, SSO, and REST API integrations.
  • Ability to resolve UI performance bottlenecks and manage portal content and taxonomies.
  • Any Graduate degree.
