Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, including MID Server configuration, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns. As a subject matter expert, you provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex Discovery-related issues to ensure smooth platform performance. You work extensively with agentless and agent-based Discovery to enhance CMDB and ITOM processes. You also develop integrations and customizations using JavaScript, XML, and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, including MID Server, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow Discovery.
• Analyze and resolve complex Discovery-related issues to ensure smooth platform performance.
• Enhance CMDB and ITOM processes through extensive work with agentless and agent-based Discovery.
• Develop integrations and customizations using JavaScript, XML, and APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and API development.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
