Description

You will develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements. You configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts. You implement and manage CMDB structures and integrate ServiceNow with external IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs. You gather technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders and develop web-based components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Implement and manage CMDB structures to support business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Gather technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop web-based components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CSM, or SecOps.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5.
• Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of CMDB implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience in consulting or with Big 4 firms.
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
