Description

You will design, develop, and implement software solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality production code and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Convert business requirements into functional workflows and technical implementations.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Debug platform issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in core ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Verified ServiceNow certifications (email verification required).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with REST API-based integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Hands-on experience with the HR Service Delivery module.
• Experience developing within the Service Portal using HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
