Description

You will own complex integration and migration projects for the ServiceNow platform, supporting the Platform Engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management migrations and platform conversions.
• Develop APIs and platform customizations to support orchestration tasks.
• Build and manage custom workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Perform delta analysis to provide strategic technical recommendations.
• Lead technical efforts within cross-functional teams for platform development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and IT Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with workflow development and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and Risk Management Workflows (RTRM).
• Proven track record in complex enterprise integration projects.
• Ability to handle full-stack platform development.
