You will develop and maintain ServiceNow modules to support core business operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CMDB configurations and data structures.
• Develop solutions within ITSM and Asset Management modules.
• Write and implement scripts to extend platform functionality.
• Ensure high standards for Asset Data quality and integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Java.
• Hands-on expertise in CMDB.
• Direct experience with ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of Asset Management workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Developer certification.
• AWS or MultiCloud experience and certifications.
