Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, custom applications, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITSM solutions, Service Catalogues, and custom applications following industry best practices.
• Develop ServiceNow scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Build and manage Service Portal widgets and design modifications.
• Create and manage REST and SOAP integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure MID Servers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and deploy Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.

Required Skills

• 4-5+ years of ServiceNow development experience and 7+ years in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, REST, and SOAP.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Domain Separated instances.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server management.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• CIS-ITSM or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics.
• HTML coding and Jelly script experience.
