Description

You will develop, maintain, and integrate ServiceNow modules to support ITSM, HRSD, GRC, and SAM business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement standard functionalities in HRSD, GRC (IRM/TPRM), SAM, and Knowledge Management.
• Build workflows, request items, case types, and application components using Flow Designer and Catalog Builder.
• Develop and enhance custom applications and ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Change Management.
• Manage CMDB health through normalization, data quality audits, and reconciliation rules.
• Create technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer and Catalog Builder.
• Experience configuring roles, groups, catalog items, notifications, and approvals.
• Knowledge of HRSD, GRC (IRM/TPRM), and SAM modules.
• Ability to manage requirements gathering, testing, and production migrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
