Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITAM, CMDB, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Write advanced scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes for asset data.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and third-party tools.
• Manage asset lifecycle and configuration using ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Perform data transformation and ETL processes within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and external system integration.
• Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes.
• Experience implementing integration with 3rd party tools.
• Proficiency in XML and APIs.
