Description

You will develop, maintain, and automate applications within the ServiceNow platform for the Aeronautics Sustainment Organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Automate business processes using ServiceNow tools and integrations.
• Write code to interact with relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Manage table creation, data sources, and import sets using JDBC and IntegrationHub.
• Communicate with stakeholders for product demonstrations and feedback in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Scoped Application Development.
• Proficiency in Glide JavaScript Framework.
• Familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM), Flow Designer, and Form Design.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, JDBC, and REST APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Applications Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data integration patterns using IntegrationHub.
