Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, including MID Server configuration, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, covering MID Servers, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex Discovery-related issues to ensure platform performance.
• Enhance CMDB and ITOM processes through extensive work with agentless and agent-based Discovery.
• Analyze and resolve complex Discovery issues as the subject matter expert.
• Develop integrations and customizations using JavaScript, XML, and APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and API development.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
