Manage ServiceNow platform maintenance and drive the release process.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform maintenance, including bug fixes and system updates.
• Drive release deployments and oversee the end-to-end release process.
• Participate in the intake process with development teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of tenure in previous roles.
