Description

You will develop, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and provide application support for enterprise users.
• Perform code reviews to enforce standards for integration, extensibility, and security.
• Develop application enhancements and implement new features.
• Maintain detailed documentation for application design and code generation techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, or SecOps).
• Knowledge of CMDB implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Big 4 or consulting environments.
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer credentials.
