Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute software design and development while maintaining secure, high-quality production code.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications to ensure design constraints are met.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST APIs.
• Debug platform issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure system stability.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Formal training or certification in ServiceNow platform concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with REST API system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HR Service Delivery and Service Portal modules.
• ServiceNow Certifications.
