Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CMDB structures.
• Configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Gather technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CSM, or SecOps.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and GLIDE.
• Strong web development skills using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proven ability to implement CMDB.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems within the platform.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
