Description

You will develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and provide user support for enterprise applications.
• Develop application enhancements and implement new features based on stakeholder requirements.
• Perform code reviews to enforce standards for integration, extensibility, security, and code quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, or SecOps).
• Knowledge of CMDB implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer credentials.
• Experience in consulting or with Big 4 firms.
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
