You will design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal solutions to meet client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Service Portal pages, widgets, and components.
• Translate client requirements into functional Service Portal interfaces.
• Build responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces following UX design principles.
• Customize and extend Service Portal functionality using ServiceNow APIs.
• Integrate Service Portal with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow development and scripting.
• JavaScript.
• HTML.
• CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
