Description

Design and develop custom ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Flow Design, transform maps, and system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex third-party vendor integrations, including configuring Zoom admin alerts and automating incident ticket generation from production emails.
• Troubleshoot data loads and backend connections using AWS infrastructure, such as retrieving data from S3 buckets and managing midserver logs.
• Write and deploy functional JavaScript scripts within the ServiceNow IDE environment.
• Diagnose deep technical issues, implement effective workarounds, and document development choices to prevent system errors.
• Pass an in-person, deep-dive technical interview focusing on actual workarounds and implementation details.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Design, transform maps, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, including S3 and midserver management.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• AWS Solution Architect Certificate is highly encouraged.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions and troubleshoot backend connections.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solution Architect Certification.
• Experience configuring Zoom admin alerts.
