Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM applications and enterprise platform developments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex catalog items, customize Service Portal widgets, and build pages.
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
• Manage the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of ITSM and ITOM tools.
• Configure workflows and automate tasks using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs, UI Pages, Business Scripts, and Security Rules (ACLs).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in developing UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and Scripted REST web service APIs.
• Experience with MID Server Integration and Integration Hub.
• Strong coding skills for developing ServiceNow Workflows and UI Macros.
• Certified Application Developer certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM App Engine certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM certification.
