Description

You will design, implement, and support scalable ServiceNow systems. You own the technical delivery of core modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Reporting & Analytics, and Change Management.
• Build and maintain scripted web services and end-to-end integrations using various authentication methods.
• Develop workflow automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Provide end-user support through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT service owners to design sustainable systems and write functional specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years specifically as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Proficiency in web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Hands-on experience managing 2 or more end-to-end integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 components and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to write functional, design, and configuration specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath.
