Description

You will manage, configure, and extend the ServiceNow platform to support business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HR, CSM, and DRP.
• Implement configurations and customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Develop custom service portal pages, widgets, forms, lists, and complex workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via APIs and web services, including data mapping and transformation logic.
• Execute platform upgrades and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, CM, Configurations, and Discovery.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, changes, and problem records.
• Ability to gather and document requirements from stakeholders for new functionalities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Knowledge of HR Service Delivery, ITOM, SecOps, or ITAM.
• Experience with the New Digital Release module and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
