Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain PPM Timesheet modules on the ServiceNow platform. You will troubleshoot issues, implement new features, and ensure system performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and apply best practices. You will provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure PPM Timesheet modules.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Specialized experience in PPM and Timesheet modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and database management.
