Description

Develop, configure, and maintain PPM Timesheet modules on the ServiceNow platform while troubleshooting issues and implementing new features.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure PPM Timesheet modules.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve performance problems.
• Implement new features based on stakeholder requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and apply best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Specialized experience in PPM and Timesheet modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and database management.
