Description

You will design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom applications, service portals, and catalog items.
• Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs using advanced scripting.
• Optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and provide best practice advice to stakeholders.
• Manage system integrations, operational metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Handle platform incidents, requests, hotfixes, patches, and upgrades while ensuring configuration stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading the design and development of ITSM solutions.
• 3+ years of direct development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, XML, SOAP, REST, and Angular JS.
• Proficiency with SQL and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, and SSL.
• Ability to develop specifications, prepare documentation, and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Provide guidance to junior developers and participate in 24/7 on-call support as required.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and Service Portal.
