Description

You will provide technical support and develop enhancements for a proprietary ServiceNow-based product.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance ServiceNow applications and products.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and business rules.
• Implement REST integrations, Script Includes, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Ensure application security and optimize performance across production environments.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams during deployment and testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Proficiency with REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for UI development.
• Understanding of performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
