You will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, ITSM modules, and Customer Portals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules.
• Build and maintain the Customer Portal.
• Implement third-party integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Configure workflows and customize UI elements.
• Manage ServiceNow data models and relational database structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience with ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Working knowledge of AngularJS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of relational databases.

• Any Graduate degree.
