You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
• Develop and implement complex workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Architect and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Design and optimize Service Portal, UI Customization, and Mobile Experiences.
• Lead instance upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and platform governance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP and SAP.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow governance best practices.
• Experience developing Scoped and Custom Applications using App Engine.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Security, including ACLs, roles, and encryption.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
