Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on complex catalog management and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy system configurations, including fast-track and medium risk changes.
• Manage complex Service Catalog solutions and module implementations for Change, Incident, and Problem management.
• Execute data integrations using web services and data imports.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical solutions for complex requests.
• Mentor and train other developers on the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB.
• Experience with Web Services, including REST and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of database concepts.
• Ability to coordinate with Line of Business (LOB) contacts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Discovery (SNMP, WMI/PowerShell, Azure) and Service Portal.
• Knowledge of Event Management and Flow Designer.
