Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and portal experiences.
• Configure and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, and data quality standards.
• Support Discovery and Service Mapping integrations for accurate CI management.
• Develop integrations and automation using GlideScript and ServiceNow tools.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and support platform administration.

Experience Required:

• 5-15 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules and administration.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GlideScript, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management processes.
