Description

Design and implement technical solutions within a customized ServiceNow instance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow functionality using client-side and server-side scripting.
• Manage system maintenance tasks including upgrades, clones, and import sets.
• Build and maintain Service Portal widgets and Agent Workspace components.
• Conduct system testing with a focus on end-user validation and requirement traceability.
• Write technical documentation and participate in Agile development workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform customization.
• Experience with APIs and Access Control.
• Hands-on work with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripts.
• Development experience within Service Portal and Employee Center.
• Knowledge of Notifications and Agent Workspace.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certification.
• Working knowledge of Performance Analytics.
