Description

You will own the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform for a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize core applications including Service Requests, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
• Implement Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, and AppEngine Studio.
• Administer ServiceNow instances through user maintenance, ACLs, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
• Build integrations using Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP web services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience in medium to large enterprise environments (7,500+ employees).
• 5+ years of experience with web technologies including JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing SOAP and RESTful web services.
• 5+ years of experience with orchestration and automation workflows.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency in Java.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
