Description

You will build and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and automation across multiple ServiceNow functional modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Implement ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Develop and manage HRSD workflows for case management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Design GRC workflows to support policy management, risk assessment, and audit tracking.
• Integrate third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs while maintaining CMDB data consistency via CSDM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer.
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, and API integrations.
• Deep understanding of at least three ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, SAM, or HAM).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to perform ServiceNow customizations and workflow automation.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with Integration Hub.
• Prior experience working with Generative AI tools within ServiceNow.
