Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, custom workflows, and automations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.
• Customize forms, fields, views, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and REST/SOAP web services.
• Conduct technical analysis and solution design based on stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation covering design specifications and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
• Experience configuring ITOM modules.
• Proficiency with CMDB management.
• Knowledge of HRSD implementation.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Competency in REST and SOAP web services.
• Any Graduate degree.
