Description

You will develop HR Lifecycle event and Transition projects, building Performance Analytics Dashboards and ensuring architectural governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build HR-related Performance Analytics Dashboards and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop requirements for HR Lifecycle event and HR Transitions projects.
• Follow established architecture governance structures and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and perform peer code reviews to ensure development best practices.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Support to resolve platform issues and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and the ServiceNow Platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Performance Analytics module, specifically within the HR Module.
• Proven ability to capture and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Strong analytical skills for requirement translation.
