Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on ITSM or ITOM.
• Customize workflows, forms, and scripts to align with business requirements.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow functionalities based on specific ITSM/ITOM needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure configurations meet security standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total IT experience with proven ServiceNow development expertise.
• Hands-on proficiency in ITSM or ITOM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and application configuration.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security standards compliance in ServiceNow configurations.
• Background in IT service management or operations.
