Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, with a primary focus on ITOM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support ITOM solutions including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure platform best practices, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for production issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Expertise in scripting using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Possession of CSA certification.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Developer tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).
• Exposure to cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
