Description

You will build, maintain, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM modules and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules for customer projects.
• Develop integrations using REST API and standard integration platforms.
• Manage code migration across development, test, and production instances.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to implemented solutions.
• Support end users with queries regarding ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
• Experience with REST API.
• Ability to work within CMMI frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM or HR modules.
