Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure ITOM Visibility modules and manage CMDB health using Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Develop and troubleshoot Discovery Patterns for servers, databases, middleware, network devices, and cloud resources.
• Create Service Mapping Patterns to discover application dependencies and business service topologies.
• Implement Service Graph Connectors for integrating data from cloud providers, monitoring tools, and third-party systems.
• Support cloud discovery for AWS and Azure environments and resolve MID Server and pattern execution issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Deep expertise in ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and integration workflows.
• Proficiency in customizing probes, sensors, and patterns for infrastructure visibility.
• Experience integrating with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Discovery schedules and service mapping failures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid environment discovery and governance reviews.
• Ability to create technical documentation and implementation guides.
