Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Develop integrations and enhancements using Script Includes and Access Control Lists.
• Manage CMDB, Discovery, and Performance Analytics configurations.
• Interpret user requirements and implement solutions in Flow Designer.
• Maintain email notifications, inbound actions, and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in ITSM and CSM modules, including Retail Service Mgmt.
• Hands-on experience with GlideRecord, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and ITIL v3 certification required.
• Recent 2024/2025 delta certifications in ServiceNow.
• Experience creating complex workflows and custom workflow activities.
• Ability to design solutions using Flow Designer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI Pages, UI Actions, and UI Scripts.
• Background in creating gauges and home pages.
