Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ServiceNow applications, workflows, and portal experiences based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, and data quality standards.
• Develop integrations and automation using GlideScript and ServiceNow tools.
• Support Discovery and Service Mapping integrations for accurate configuration item management.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and support platform administration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Administration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in GlideScript, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Experience building ServiceNow Integrations.
• Understanding of IT Service Management processes.
