Description

You will design, develop, and implement software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and services using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Configure core and custom applications, including UI policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, web services, LDAP, and Single Sign-On.
• Manage system upgrades, perform routine maintenance, and use update sets to move customizations between instances.
• Troubleshoot and debug script-based errors and system issues to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Incident, Service Catalog, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and XML.
• Experience designing Service Catalog workflows following Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems via web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience managing SLAs, email notifications, inbound actions, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Access Control Lists (ACL), assignment rules, and process flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience importing data for users, configuration items, and locations.
• Competency in ITSM and ITOM frameworks.
