Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, and App Engine modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and customization for core ServiceNow modules.
• Build complex workflows, automation, and business processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Architect and maintain integrations with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Design and optimize Service Portal, UI Customizations, and Mobile Experiences.
• Manage instance upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and enforce platform governance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, and UI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ServiceNow governance best practices.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications (SAP, Workday, Jira, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Scoped Applications, Custom Applications, and App Engine Development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Security, including ACLs, roles, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Event Management.
